Template, review before going live. These terms describe how the service is intended to be used, but they are not legal advice and have not been reviewed by a solicitor. Have them checked against the law where you operate, and add a real contact address and governing-law clause, before you publish.
AppSnapify reads publicly accessible App Store and Google Play listing pages. It lets you download the artwork those pages already serve at original resolution, and monitor listings for changes over time. It does not circumvent any access control, and it does not access anything a visitor to the listing could not access themselves.
The tracker requires an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
This is the important part, so it is stated plainly. We do not own the artwork this service retrieves, and downloading or monitoring it does not give you any rights in it. App icons, screenshots, and promotional graphics remain the copyright of the developer or publisher who created them, and may also contain trademarks.
The service is intended for:
It is not a licence to republish, redistribute, or commercially exploit artwork belonging to someone else, or to pass another party's creative off as your own. If you do that, the infringement is yours, not ours, and you accept responsibility for it.
AppSnapify offers a free plan and paid plans with higher limits. Plan limits, such as the number of apps you can track and how often they are checked, are shown on the pricing page and may change. Paid plans, when billing is enabled, are described at the point of purchase.
Do not use the service to attack it or the stores it reads. That includes automated bulk activity at a volume that degrades the service for others, attempting to overload the upstream stores through us, or using the service as a proxy to disguise the origin of automated traffic. We may rate-limit or block traffic that behaves this way, without notice.
The service is provided "as is", with no warranty of any kind. In particular, the stores can change their pages at any time, and when they do, extraction may break and a check may miss a change. Artwork retrieved is the file the developer uploaded, typically a compressed JPEG, and we make no representation that it is suitable for any particular purpose, including print. We do not guarantee availability, accuracy, or completeness, and we are not liable for any loss arising from use of the service or reliance on its output.
AppSnapify is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to Apple Inc. or Google LLC. App Store is a trademark of Apple Inc. Google Play is a trademark of Google LLC. Those names are used here only to describe what the tool works with.
These terms may change. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms.
